bukit timah recce

Woke up at 7am this morning and met a few of the Std4s and HweeChin at Tampines Interchange. We were all ready for the bukit timah hike recce!!!
The journey took 1hr 15mins!! So long! Anyway, we played lots of lame riddles and funny stuffs the way dere.
Bought loads of food and was ready to hike!! Its my first time seeing so many monkeys!! So cool! Haha! I mean, so yucky! I was told not to take out any food infront of them! Haha! Actually Im rather curious how they will snatch my food larh.
Well, as usual I complained all the way.. till my bladder's so full that keep my mouth shut and my legs activated! Haha! Oh man, the Std4s said I look so fierce and like to scold the kids, but deep down I'm afraid of height and ants!!! Haha! They had a great laugh of me.
The journey was long, so I dont elaborate much larh. Haa. It was definitely a fun and inpirating experience for me. I don't regret for going. (although initially I thought I would because hav to wake up so early on Sat!!!)

Hey! Life in JC is really boring. Im hearing more and more of my friends complaining how bad JC life is. Haha!
This is shit!
Probably, it just takes time for us to get familiarise with the tutors, friends and systems of a brand new environment.
Once that is achieved, Life should be better!

Had a wonderful time with my buddies, my soulmates, my sistas, my kakis!! =)
Firstly, went to NYP open house with Angela, Joanna, Fatmah, Fatmah's cousin, Nadia, Winnie and Dorothy! Chatted like crazy fellows on bus72.
Met Chi Ying and Shearn Chong there too!
NYP didnt really impress me. The people whom I approached doesnt sound convincing enough.
So, stop here for NYP. Heez.
After that, went to Orchard with Angela & Joanna! Woah! Haha!
Had the happiest day of this month!
Well, basically was laming with Angela all the time!! Haa.
Saw the Tiger Cup Champion!! at NgeeAnn City!! So cool!!!
Joanna was crazily taking pictures with them!
The cup brushed by right infront of me!!!
Took lots of pics of the players using Angela's hp. We didnt bring camera!! Wasted!!

Alright, we went to many many places searching for Angela's bag, pencil case, Joanna's handbag & shoe. As usual, I bought nothing! Haha!
We shopped around, lamed around, laughed around, joked around like little kids!! Haha.
Seriously, was wondering if Im going 17 sooo soon? Haha!
Met my Primary School bud at Tamp interchange.
She was saying the life she had in secondary school is No Life.
She doesnt want to study in JC because she needs Real Life!
Sounds so interesting!! Haha!
Probably, I should start thinking what kind of life to me is Real Life. =)

Yeah!~ Pon school today!!!
Well, went to poly clinic to ask for gastric medication and a MC.
And guess what!
The doctor hit my stomach a few times and said that I might be suffering from large intestine food poisoning! Haha! What a joke!
Took some medication and my MC of course! Heez.
Then went to TM to buy my watch!!!
Finally bought a digital Casio watch.
I'm so happy to have a new watch!! =)
It isn't really nice but its pretty user-friendly.
Furthermore, I've been searching for one for soooo long! Heez.
Really looking forward to meeting NYP this Saturday!

Went for Chemistry Lab and saw the apparatus.
"Oh My God!!" My heart screamed.
Can you imagine what I saw?
The apparatus are dirty, dusty and untidy!!
The retord stand, distilled water, burette simply faint me!
How lucky I was to be in TPSS and I'm so ashamed thinking back that I was actually pissed off with the small distilled water bottle then. Haha! It's no longer small now!!
Remember the clamp for us to clamp the burette and pipette? Oh my, we used retord stand to clamp the burette instead. Not forgetting that the stand is extremely yucky!
I missed the lab tech too! Haha. To distribute the chemicals to us.. =)
Am I comparing things in TPSS to TPJC too much?
I must have.
Titration, solving quadratic eqns, simultaneous eqns, make weekly newspaper articles AGAIN!
This is shit. I'm sick of it.
Anyway, to summarise today, I'm on the verge of death. Haa.
Horribly shocked by TPJC once again.
A lesson more I attended, A lesser sense of belonging I have for TPJC.
I just wish to go Poly more & more.. I wish.. Should I?

Finally, Senior N.C.O.s Training Course (2004) has ended. Haha.
Had the Passing Out Parade at St John HQ just now.
Chi Ying and Me were the parade orderly! Heez.
Again right? Yeah, same as the Initiation Ceremony during the camp.
Just that this time is much more serious and formal.
Took quite a lot of photos again! Haha. Good Good!!
Ate the buffet provided. So shoik! Angela & Me ta-bao a lot!!! Haha!
Gave my kids the little gift I had for them.
It doesnt cost a lot, however, I hope it means something to them.
Anyway, Congratulations to all newly promoted SGTs!
Bring the qualities of a Senior N.C.O back to your corps and assist the corps to excel.

Have the kids ever wonder how much effort the trainers put in to make a camp a success?
Well, probably, when you become one, you'll understand.
It's definitely difficult.

Sirius's bbq & cca orientation (tpss)

Hehez! Just back from my Sirius's BBQ! Horray!
Heez. I took a picture with him!!! =P Well, I was extreme shy alright! =)

Angela and Nadia were in also. However, he stood beside me!!!
Heez. Its so damn near! hahaha. He brushed by me twice!!! Haha!
Alright, anyway, he's just so cool and cute.
The CCA Orientation in TPSS was okie. The management was well.
I guess the problem lies with the kids.
Nowadays, kids are getting more and more rebellious and mischievous.
They reply you rudely and unkindly. Its really bad.
U can predict the next batch of people, and the next next batch of people, and the next .... people. Horrendous.
Took quite a lot of photos with all my St John mates too!
Was really fun chit-chatting, gossiping and discussing St John matters.

Civics Rep.

Alright, was chosen as the Civics Representative, also known as class chairman. Haha. Weird?
Just because I was the frontman when my class lined up for the morning assembly.
Well, of course, my class voted for me too. So funny!
My classmates are fantastic. They are really fun people.
There are 25 of us. I got to know a few of them.
Atleast, finally, I feel more worthwhile staying in TPJC.
There is this special bond that keeps me going.
I just love to stay in class. Haa. Easier to make friends in smaller group.
Went back to TPSS after my lessons. To train the First-Aid Comp members.
Haha, the Std1 kids thought that I'm a Sec5 student!!! Oh my, that's not good! Haa.
Well, its because I was in my TPSS Uniform. Couldnt blame. =)
Anyway, bear this in mind:

Today had Senior N.C.O.s Training Camp 2004 Appraisal at St John HQ. Well, was late. Ran from Lavender MRT to HQ.
Haha, was really happy whenever I'm having St John. So great to be back! =)
As an Assistant Group Advisor of my team, I speaked to every trainee from my team. Let them know their strength and weaknesses and Get feedbacks from them. Ben wasn't around, so I had ChuiYee with me.
Had a great talk with Wenmei on the train. Well, I'm still confused with what I actually want and how to get it. I do wish to go to Poly. However, there's still something holding me on to TPJC. What's that?
Reached home at around 730pm. Called every kids to let them know if they passed or failed the camp. Haha! This is tough job. Heez. Their Passing Out Parade will held on Next Sat (15/01) at HQ. Only then, my job is done. No more snco stuffs coming up. So sad~
I'll get myself involved again for this year's camp. =)
Schooling again tomorrow.
Will I make friends?

Well, signed up for Shooting, Photography and First Aid Society as my CCA.
Haha, kiasu? =P They seem interesting to me.
Skipped my OG night. I was feeling kind of bad. Afterall, I have planned games and activities before and I definitely know the feeling when you realized ur kids are not enjoying it!
I messaged the handsome OGL that I'm not going and complimented them Haha!
He replied me!!!! He said its ok and asked me to say hi to him when we meet in school.
Awwww''' so nice! Heez. I will man!!
Well, Orientation ended just like that. Happy and Sad. Haha. I'm sure going to miss my OGLs!! OGLs - Matthew, Aloysius, Ko Zaw and Hong Peng. They are damn funny people!! They are so motivating and encouraging, and that's why they are leaders! If only I'm JC2 people, I will be damn happy. Well, as some of you know, I couldnt find any cliques!! or any companion!! I was so alone. That's why I wasn't normal! Haha, as in not in my usual self. And hence, there goes my god-damn black face! Haha! Really sorry for those who saw it. Heez. I didnt mean it. I'm a fun person too! Haha. I was pretty observant throughtout the orientation. I was trying to 'absorb' as much new games,cheers and ideas from it and bring them back to St John! Hahaz.
Went back to TPSS again for some st john stuffs. Its great!! Had dinner with Angela, HweeChin and Joanna at Cafe Cartel! CooL~ Really fun singing cheers all the way with Angela! Haha! We're mad!~
Oh, today, its really sad too. Ben da man going for chalet tomorrow!!

Finally, I survived for the last 4 days of orientation in TPJC. Cool huh?
I'm so ready to receive my trophies and certificates by Ben! Haha!
Today had introductory lectures at the auditorium and lecture threatre.
Well, I'm really looking forward for this! Afterall, my objective is to learn. =)
Tomorrow, Kesther and me probably would go and find the Civics tutor. To deal with some of our problems.
This is a bad start for a New Year. I don't find it good.
I'm dealing with lots of emotions. What can I do?

*Yawnx* Didnt really sleep enough. HaHa! Well, Happy New YEar People!!!
31st Dec 04 - Met up with SJAB Nursings, Angela, Vanessa, Hwee Chin, Joanna, Fatmah. Had our New Year Dinner at PastaMania (Food wasn't good). Heez. After that we took neoprints! waHaha. Its been 2years since the last time I took neoprint!! So was kind of excited! Haha. Well, there's 6 of us, hence, we took 3times! Damn funny when everyone was trying to squeeze their faces into the one solid rectangular space! Hahaaha! Definitely had a lot of laughters!
Then Fatmah went home due to her curfew, leaving Angela, Vanessa, Hwee CHin, Joanna and me. We met up with our SJAB Officers, Zhiwei and Tay Tong. Took a taxi down to DownTown East. Wooahh!! The place was full of people!! All ready to celebrate! (I didnt know there's a celebration there). Anyway, Didnt went to the wrong place. We saw BeeGees, Power Station and a famous Canto singer.
Very soon, it was time!!! People started spraying their cans of foam! It was damn irritating!! I hate it!! I have a fobia for that eversince last year's x'mas at Orchard!! Haha! I'm so afraid of the 'spppphhh' sound! The fact that the soapy liquid will be staining on my body and clothes simply makes me sick. Well, couldn't giv them extras or defaultes right? HaHa. So we simply 'siam'. HaHa. Still fail lah! They attack every single person there! We were in the middle, meaning we can't escape!! haha. Had real fun counting down, waving our hands and singing! HaHa.
Then Vanessa's and Joanna's parents were so eager to see them, and they went home after that. =) Finally, we saw Zhihua and his girlfriend, Peijia. We proceeded down to Fisherman Villiage. Met Tay Tong's girlfriend too. Well, Zhiwei, Zhihua and Tay Tong had beer, while Hwee Chin, Angela and me had 7-up! Haha! Alcohol is bad. =) The drinks were treated by them. So nice~
Chatted damn long with them!! Took a taxi back home. Reached home at 4am this morning.
Alright, that's roughly about it. I'm so glab that I didnt went to the wrong place with the wrong people to celebrate such a wonderful day! I love my St John mates! haha. Thanks to all my darlings who wished me! I'm so happy! May all your wishes and dreams come true!~ =)
